External monitoring by the Danish authorities In Denmark the authories are responsible for ensuring that we at Jeka Fish and Cimbric meet the local and EU requirements to food safety. Therefore both our production sites are monitores on an ongoing basis. Upon completed plant inspections smileys are given by the authorities. The smileys indicate to which extend a production site complies with rules and regulations. The smileys must always be available to consumers.
